What we collect
When you send an estimate request we collect the name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, project details and any photos you choose to attach. We also record which page the request came from and, where present, the campaign information in the link you arrived through.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, prepare an estimate and carry out work you hire us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with people who need it to complete your job, such as a licensed plumber on a generator installation.
Photos
Photos you upload are stored privately and used to understand your project. They are not published anywhere on this site.
Analytics
We may use standard website analytics to understand which pages people visit and which links they use. This is aggregate traffic information, not a profile of you.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. If you would like your information removed, email info@kelvaneelectric.com and we will take care of it.
